The contract is formed directly between you and the supplier identified in your confirmation and voucher.

Booking Process

When you complete a reservation, you pay an advance online by card. This advance is part of the total price; it is not a deposit. The balance, any security deposit, and accepted payment methods are set by the supplier and displayed in the listing details and your voucher. Each booking is subject to the supplier's terms and conditions, which form the binding agreement for collection, use, return and charges.

We display information provided by the booking platform, but terms may change. The voucher issued after payment is the authoritative document. Conditions such as credit card requirements, excess liability, fuel policy, permissible routes and ferry or inter-island transfers require written supplier permission and are specified per listing.

Commission and Affiliate Arrangements

MauritiusIslandCarRental.com may receive a referral commission when a booking is completed through our links. This commission comes from the booking platform or supplier and does not increase the price you pay. We do not earn revenue from security deposits, damage charges or optional extras.
